How does accounting outsourcing differ from hiring an in-house accountant?
With outsourcing, a company pays only for the actual services provided: reports, accounting, HR, and audit support. There are no costs for salaries, vacation pay, sick leave, workstations, or training. Furthermore, the outsourcing company provides a replacement specialist and bears the contractual responsibilities. When hiring an in-house accountant, all risks and costs are borne by the employer.
